How it ran
- Shape: four days. The brief arrived on September 11. By September 15, discovery, the brand, analysis, scope, design, the delivery plan and verification were all approved.
- Build: in waves.Implementation ran 139 tasks in seven waves. Every web screen was proven in a real browser, and the mobile app on iOS and Android.
- Release: September 28.The first phase went live at podium.serras.ai: sign-in, project status and published updates. The next phase adds publishing, client decisions and notifications.
Podium reused the shared Serras sign-in and organization services, which already existed. This build started from a brief on September 11, 2026.
The first update in production
Serras Podium — implementation in progress. Work underway.
Not every run was smooth.
Setup ran twice. Scope and the delivery plan each needed a second attempt, and the first implementation run was slower than we wanted. Every retry, and the fix that came from it, is on the record. Nothing is quietly patched.
